Adisorn V. Singhsacha,
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Adisorn is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Twin Pine Group. Since its inception in 2011, he has been pioneering deals and working with decision makers in governments and leading corporates in the region. Through his drive, determination and leadership, Twin Pine Group has collected over 16 regional awards from leading financial publishers including IFR, Finance Asia, Global Capital/Asia Money and The Asset.
Adisorn started his career at HSBC Group in Thailand in 1994 as a Management Trainee and went on to hold various roles including Head of Treasury & Funding at HSBC Finance & Securities (Thailand) and Product Development Head at HSBC Thailand. He later broadened his experience, joining Procter & Gamble in a regional marketing role covering ASEAN, India and Australia before moving to Standard Chartered Bank in Bangkok as Unsecured Loan Product Unit Head. Prior to founding Twin Pine Group, he spent several years at EFG bank, a Swiss Private Bank in Singapore, as a private banker.
Adisorn has a strong international background and education. After completing his undergraduate degree in Bangkok, he attained a scholarship to attend Institut Superieur de Gestion in France, which took him to campuses in Paris, New York and Tokyo, where he attained a master’s degree in International Management. While leading Twin Pine Group, he sought to further enhance his knowledge and network by attending the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School from 2016 – 2018. He currently is an Executive Committee member of Harvard Business School Association of Thailand and also an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Kavin Hetrakul,
Managing Director
Kavin is the Managing Director of Twin Pine Group and a seasoned investment banking professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in cross-border financing, debt capital markets, corporate finance advisory, sovereign debts and liabilities management, working with clients in Thailand and CLMV countries. He was instrumental in originating and executing various landmark transactions including the debut THB 76 billion debt switch for the Kingdom of Thailand, various award-winning THB and USD bond issuances for the Government of the Lao PDR, and pioneering transactions for leading corporates in the region.
At Twin Pine Group, Kavin leads fundraising and advisory efforts, leveraging Thailand as a fundraising hub to support regional growth and integration. Previously, he was Head of Thailand Capital Markets at Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) and held various positions in esteemed international and Thai financial institutions, including Barclays Capital, JPMorgan and TMB Bank.

Jetsada Chuenchoojit,
Senior Director
Jetsada is Director in charge of Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategic Transactions. He has over 14 years of professional experience in the finance industry covering investment banking, corporate banking, corporate finance advisory, and direct investments. Prior to joining Twin Pine Group in 2017, Jetsada spent 5 years as Senior Investment Officer at Proparco, the private sector investment arm of the French Development Agency (AFD), where he was responsible for originating Proparco’s investment transactions in North and Southeast Asia as well as monitoring its USD750m investment portfolio in the region. He also has extensive regional experience in debt and equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, loan syndication, project finance, and equity research from his roles at Macquarie Capital, TMB Bank, and Credit Suisse, covering markets in Thailand as well as other ASEAN countries. Jetsada was awarded Thailand’s prestigious King’s Scholarship and completed his education in both the US and UK.

Piyamarn Koosermmit,
Director
Piyamarn is Associate Director responsible for execution of capital market transactions. She has more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry in areas including corporate banking, investment banking and treasury. Before joining Twin Pine Group and after completing her second master’s degree in Australia, she worked as a Fund Transfer Pricing Strategy Specialist in Kasikorn Bank’s Treasury Department. Prior to that, she worked for several years at Krungsri Bank and TMB Bank as a credit analyst and relationship manager with expertise in the construction and real estate sectors. Piyamarn joined Twin Pine Group in 2015 and has played a key role in executing many successful landmark capital market deals. With her disciplined approach, determination and expertise, Piyamarn is recognized as a valuable and longstanding member of Twin Pine Group’s capital markets advisory team.

Piyawat Ratchapolsitte
Principal
Piyawat is the Principal of Twin Pine Group. Prior to joining Twin Pine Group, Piyawat was the Group Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy and Investment Officer of Do Day Dream Plc. He successfully took Do Day Dream public and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, raising THB 4 billion, and making DDD the most valuable personal care company on the SET in 2017. Following the IPO, he strategized key M&A and JV transactions, notably, the acquisitions of LeSasha and Sparkle brands, a business of Oxe’cure, a joint venture with GP Club, and a joint venture in the Philippines business partner. Apart from finance and accounting, Piyawat also led strategic business developments, investor relations, treasury investment, and company secretary. Starting his career as an investment banker, Piyawat is currently an SEC-certified financial advisor, with track records in consumer goods, healthcare, property, power, and retail sectors. Now Piyawat also serves as an advisory board to the Minister of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce, under the Government of Thailand.
