Twin Pine Group supports and partners with the Rainbow Room, a special needs awareness center in Bangkok, Thailand, to raise positive awareness on autism and children with special needs through workshops and fun activities. We were on the road with the Rainbow Room volunteers in Lao PDR, Vientiane and Pakse in 2019.

Autism Workshop with the Rainbow Room in Vientiane

19th – 20th January 2019

Twin Pine Group sponsored and organized a two days Autism Workshop in Vientiane. Our partners, the Rainbow Room and the Association for Autism Laos invited a total of 120 participants including parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals. Thai volunteers from the Rainbow Room shared their valuable knowledge and experiences to enrich the lives of parents, teachers, and children with special needs in Lao PDR.

The Rainbow Room Fun Run

14th July 2019

Twin Pine Group sponsored and participated in the Rainbow Room Fun Run event on Sunday, 14 th July at Suanluang Rama 9 Park. The Rainbow Fun Run is an annual fund raising event organized to promote community involvement and to spread positive awareness about special needs.

Visit to Pakse Autism Center and Autism Workshop with the Rainbow Room in Pakse, Laos

29th – 30th November 2019

Twin Pine Group organized and sponsored a visit to Pakse Autism Center and an Autism Workshop by the Rainbow Room and the Association for Autism Laos, for 46 parents, teachers and professionals caring for special needs children in Southern Laos. This is a continuation of Twin Pine Group’s efforts to support the enrichment of the livelihood of parents, teachers and children with special needs in Lao PDR.

The Rainbow Fun Run 2020

Despite a difficult year, Twin Pine Group remains committed and continued to support the Rainbow Room. Twin Pine Group team sponsored and participated in the Rainbow Fun Run 2020 under the “new normal” with the theme “Breaking Boundaries” which aimed to encourage people of all abilities, genders and ages to come together in a time of adversity and show that if we work together, humanity can rise above all challenges.
